Keith Fimian Not Even a Good Businessman

There's a new anti-Fimian TV ad, which points out that in addition to Keith Fimian opposing a woman's freedom to choose, his much vaunted business experience is less than meets the eye. Fimian's company, apparently, has been sued 40 times and even had an IRS tax lien against it.

H/t to Left of the Hill

That is hardly the type of judgment we need in somebody we send to Congress from the 11th CD.

How about you do something that is not the DCCC talking points. Do some of your own research and come to your own conclusion. As a student of the Law I respect your right of free speech more than anyone, but if you want to express this right, how about you do it intelligently by making your own conclusions.

anonymous left the exact same comment - word for word - on my blog. I suspect he must be working for the Fimian campaign.

Yeah, I love when Republican trolls pretend that they are merely objective bystanders who then criticize you for having a progressive point of view, supporting a canddiate, or opposing a candidate.

Guess what? This is a progressive Democratic blog. You want an objective analysis, go to the New York Times.

I tend to think being sued is part of doing this type of business. (But, then, I'm a lawyer.) If you run a home inspection business, unhappy homeowners do tend to try to sue. One of my friends sued her home inspector (who didn't work for Keith Fimian's company).

Reading the thread above, I prefer to think of myself as a Republican visitor and I hope you think of me that way, as well. Not a troll. I don't really look like a troll at all. Perhaps I could be an elf? ;-)

As always, an interesting blog, Karen. I enjoy reading opinions that don't always match my own.

Anne, you're definitely not a troll and you are always welcome to comment here. I too enjoy reading opinions that are different from mine - that's how I learn!

Trolls are those who pretend to be something they are not and who lurk and offer non-constructive comments, usually ad hominem attacks that have nothing to do with the subject.

Anybody is welcome to come here and post an honest disagreement. And I especially appreciate it when they are civil. Thank you.
